While studying for her masters in publishing at Oxford Brookes University, Allison East dreamt of someday starting a small publishing company. North Parade Press derives its name from a particularly quaint street in North Oxford where Allison frequently drank coffee and ate almond croissants. If given the option, she’d probably live there.
